Employee Risk Assessments

“Measuring the personal traits that applicants won’t reveal in resumes and interviews”

Extensive research over the last 100 years has indicated that tests of cognitive ability and personality are among the most effective predictors of workplace performance outcomes.

Cognitive ability tests (smartness) usually focus on assessing a candidate’s verbal abilities, numerical skills and abstract reasoning,

For testing a candidate’s intelligence, cognitive ability tests are regarded as the best predictor of job success for most job levels. This is why this is the first assessment we do. The figure below shows the various sub-tests that is included in our cognitive battery.

Behavior based interviews are even more accurate when combined with other assessment tools like psychometrics, which can, in turn, make the interview a much more powerful tool.

The cognitive assessment above provides clarity and accuracy to the other instruments that are used. These other instruments are:

  • Core Competency Probes
  • Holland Code
  • Behavioral Interview Questionnaire
  • Work Interest Schedule
